i recall seeing this in the varsity theatre early 60's. the stones and james brown performances blew everyone away, at least the row where i was seated along with a bunch of protohippies who were properly receptive. almost half a century ago.

zbrush keeps sucking me in. i wonder what it says.

truck is in the shop, i'm stranded which is good. keeps me home where i can get things done: scanning, fixing audio card on pc and gathering email addresses of far flung family.replaced mouse batteries on G5.
i received 2nd DVD from netflix and like the first one it stopped about 20 minutes into movie.

wonder how many folks are wondering around in the lostness of the cities, as the "offficial" drama being played out floods the collective world?

altho i have developed a deep aversion to the idea that the politics can solve any of the human dilemmas that the world faces today, this Video is worth a peek. it's short.

at least it does away with the notion that the "problem of the good germans", ie how could the germans in the 30's turn into nazis, is unanswerable. today i guess we can all agree it can happen.

i took a phone call that was a poll by rep. shuler. any data they get from this thing is seriously twisted. each question has 2, 3, or in one case 4 possible responses.
impossible to express your actual opinion, thought and intention.

i might or might not be for the current health care legislation depending on if there a chance a simple one-payer idea were possible to pass. the 2 parties are the megawealthy and the rest. the animated cartoon,is a spectacle whose purpose is to distract.

morman's came by yesterday. three of them, looked a little like sci-fi because of their coats (still cold out) some kind of hi-tek garb. today Melvin the Jehovah's witness came by.

so i guess it is eime to wash the dishes and vacuum the 10,000 things.

back from long trip. saw a lot of people, thought a lot of rhings. noticed it was getting more difficult for me to travel, which of course makes me want to head for the road. we'll see. presently in the usual post-travel chaos, putting things away and remembering what i have to do that i haven't done - yet.
